Dr Annalisa Casarin is Senior Research Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire where she is a part-time senior research adviser for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). Annalisa has a medical background, clinical research experience, and completed a masters’ degree in health services research.
This career development award aims to support Annalisa to develop a project for a doctoral fellowship examining the care and support received by people living with complex needs due to rare neuromuscular conditions using a system thinking perspective.
