Phil was one of the trainers who delivered the Who’s Challenging Who (WCW) training course for social care staff designed to improve staff attitudes towards people with learning disabilities who display behaviours that challenge as part of a NIHR SSCR-funded study. Here he talks about his experience delivering the training course.
